  • Shipping Costs: All orders qualify for free Standard Shipping.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for carrier/weather delays or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Item must be unused, in original packaging
  • Initiating a Return: Contact support@krezavo.com for a prepaid return label and instructions
  • Return Shipping Cost: Covered by krezavo LLC
  • Restocking Fee: None
  • Refunds: Processed after inspection; credit applied to original payment method
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact support@krezavo.com with photos for replacement or full refund

17. Severability

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains valid.

18. Termination

Obligations incurred prior to termination survive termination. krezavo LLC may terminate access for non-compliance at its discretion.
