We understand that purchasing camera gear online is a significant investment, and we’re here to support you in case something doesn’t go as planned. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through www.krezavo.com.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery.

  • You requested a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@krezavo.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged.

  • Our customer service team will review your request and send you return instructions if approved.

  • Please do not send any item back without prior authorization, as it may not be processed properly.


3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong or defective item).


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, unsealed, or physically damaged by the customer.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or listed under Clearance.

  • Software, memory cards, or any digital content with broken seals.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product:

  • First, request a return for the original item (if eligible).

  • Then, place a new order for the item you want.

This helps ensure faster processing and better inventory accuracy.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), Krezavo will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your return tracking number until the return is fully processed.
