Returns & Refund Policy – krezavo LLC

Our goal at krezavo LLC is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition of Item: Unused, in the same condition you received it. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: Return in original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and components.
- Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase from krezavo LLC is required.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
4. Return Shipping
krezavo LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will receive an email notification.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Time to appear on your bank statement may vary.
Original Shipping Costs: All orders have free standard shipping (3–7 business days). No shipping costs will be refunded.
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item.
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- Contact support@krezavo.com immediately with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked non-returnable or final sale on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for return.
10. Order Cancellations
- Contact us as soon as possible to cancel.
- Orders not yet processed may be canceled with a full refund.
- Orders already processing or shipped must follow the standard return policy.
11. Payment Information
We accept payments via Afterpay, Klarna, and other checkout methods.
12. Shipping Limitations
Currently, we ship only within the United States. No international shipping is offered.
